Our designers

Snowman. The fabric patterns for our first bed linen were drawn by Estonian artist Lumimari. Lumimari has had several exhibitions, designed postcards and posters. In addition to all this, he has illustrated two books. Lumimari’s work can be viewed on her website www.lumimari.com.

Irina Ylänne – our fabric designer from Finland has written about herself: “I love what I do!” I love her passion for design. I love her work. She has her own small studio, IRINAS, through which she provides design services to various companies, including Finlayson, a major Finnish textile manufacturer. His work has been admired in Finland, Sweden, Japan, India and Russia. Inspired by simple things, Irina’s work can be found in rain, dried leaves and twigs. She also loves to combine different techniques from photography and painting to Photoshop. Irina Ylänne’s website is: www.irinaylanne.com .

Kristel Laurits is an Estonian-born designer living and working in Copenhagen. Her main interests are the impact of colours and materials on human well-being, furniture and interior design.Kristel’s work has been exhibited at international design fairs and exhibitions, including Salone Del Mobile (Milan) and most recently 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen. Studio Breitenbach und Töchter from Lübeck, Germany, was only established in 2017, but its designers have 20 years of experience in both interior design and fashion. They have created designs for the fashion industry, home textiles, wallpapers and carpets as well as Kahla porcelain. In 2017, their designs won the German brand award “17-special”.
