The Cornflowers bed linen set is designed for the Uneleja brand in Denmark by the designer. Nanna Gomaa.

Made of very soft and high quality skin-friendly cotton sateen, the set consists of a blanket cover and pillowcase. The fabric is cotton sateen (satin) Elite, a very long-fibre, combed fabric with a luxurious sheen and a pleasantly silky feel against the skin.

On both sides of the duvet cover, as well as on the pillowcase, there are Estonian-style cornflowers on a white background.

The set is perfect as a gift.

The duvet measures 150 cm x 210 cm, the pillow top 50 cm x 60 cm. The blanket and pillowcase can be washed in 60 degree water or tumble dried. Products may shrink up to 2% on the first wash.

Design:

The bed linen set Cornflowers is designed by the Danish artist. Nanna Gomaa by Nanna Gomomaa. The same artist has also designed other products for Uneleja, such as the Lilleunelm 1 bed linen set.

Material:

The bed linen set Cornflowers is made of very high quality cotton sateen with a density of 300 TC. What does this mean?

The words “thread count” (TC) mean the number of threads per roll of fabric. Thus, “300 TC” means that the fabric has 300 threads per square roll both lengthwise and crosswise.

Cotton satin is a fabric made from cotton fibres but with a satin weave. The satin weave gives the fabric a smooth, lustrous surface because the threads are tightly crossed to form a small cross. A high thread count may indicate a fabric that is denser and therefore usually softer and more durable.

Maintenance:

The fabric of the bedding set Rukkil flowers is a satin fabric. Cotton sateen is easy to care for, it can be washed in 60-degree water and tumble dried. However, it is recommended that cotton sateen products are air-dried if possible, as this will preserve them even longer. Tumble drying may cause the fabric to wear more quickly.
